In partnership with Housing Providers and Local Authorities, we provide safe, high-quality living accommodation along with bespoke care and assistance in line with the needs of each individual. We believe that each individual should feel empowered to make their own choices, with the caring support they need to live independently and confidently.
Who we support
As part of helping all our service users to fully integrate, Care Stream work closely to guide each individual with money management, personal care and daily routines. Our services are needs-led, and we provide bespoke assistance for people from all walks of life.
Homelessness
For people who are living on the streets, moving between temporary shelters, including houses of friends, family, and emergency accommodation or having no permanent house or place to live safely.
Mental health
For those who are struggling with their emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing and is affecting how they think, feel, and act with a goal to support how they handle stress, relate to others, and make healthier choices.
Learning and physical disabilities
For those who have temporary or life-long, reduced intellectual and physical abilities where everyday activities such as communicating, walking, climbing stairs or cooking are difficult.
Autism and
complex needs
For those who have neurodiverse needs and may find it hard to communicate and understand how other people think or feel, are overwhelmed by bright lights or loud noises or get anxious or upset about unfamiliar situations and social events.
